It is essential that you use Olive Oil once a day in the effected ear(s) at least a week before attending your appointment. This is to soften the wax to help it come out easier.
You will also need to confirm your attendance to the appointment at least 48 hours before, failure to confirm will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will be discharged back into the care of your GP.
