While many services are covered by the NHS, certain treatments and administrative requests fall outside the NHS scope and incur private fees. These include, but are not limited to:

• Medical reports for employment, insurance, or legal purposes 
• Private prescriptions
• Travel vaccinations not covered by the NHS
• Fit-to-travel or other non-NHS medical certificates

Any form requests can take up to 30 working days from date of payment to complete.
