If you're planning to travel outside the UK, you may need to be vaccinated against some of the serious diseases found in other parts of the world.

Our practice nurses offer advice and vaccinations for travel health by appointment.
Please book at least 6–8 weeks before you travel to ensure there is enough time to complete any vaccination courses.
Appointments are limited, so if we’re unable to offer you a suitable slot, you may either check back for cancellations or contact a private travel clinic if your departure is soon.

Please complete our Travel Risk Assessment Form to help us plan your vaccination needs.  Once the nurse has looked at the form she will contact you if an appointment is necessary.
